The upcoming HSBC Sevens Cape Town promises an action-packed start for the Blitzboks and Springbok Women’s Sevens, with two demanding matches scheduled before 11 am on Saturday at the DHL Stadium.
Kicking off at 9 am, the women’s competition begins with two captivating matches:
Simultaneously, additional clashes will unfold at Hamilton’s Rugby Football Club, located adjacent to the DHL Stadium.
The men’s competition initiates at 10.06 am with two intense matches:
The Springbok Women’s Sevens team will engage in their opening match against France at 9.44 am.
The Blitzboks’ campaign commences against Great Britain at 10.50 am. The team will also feature in the final match of the day at 7.34 pm against Ireland.
The top two teams from each of the three pools, along with the two best third-placed teams, will advance to the quarter-finals on Sunday. Sunday’s action begins at 9 am.
