Women’s Competition Commencement
Kicking off at 9 am, the women’s competition begins with two captivating matches:
- Ireland vs. Brazil
- New Zealand vs. Great Britain
Simultaneously, additional clashes will unfold at Hamilton’s Rugby Football Club, located adjacent to the DHL Stadium.
Men’s Tournament Launch
The men’s competition initiates at 10.06 am with two intense matches:
- Samoa vs. Australia
- New Zealand vs. Canada
Springbok Women’s Sevens Opening Match
The Springbok Women’s Sevens team will engage in their opening match against France at 9.44 am.
Blitzboks Face Great Britain Challenge
The Blitzboks’ campaign commences against Great Britain at 10.50 am. The team will also feature in the final match of the day at 7.34 pm against Ireland.
Progression to Quarter-Finals
The top two teams from each of the three pools, along with the two best third-placed teams, will advance to the quarter-finals on Sunday. Sunday’s action begins at 9 am.
